I was hoping someone could point me in the correct direction or the following configuration issue.

We are attempting to route external calls across a QSIG trunk from a remote gateway (Avaya) to the Nortel and out the local trunks to the PSTN. The Avaya is sending all required digits, including the access number (9) and we have all external calls working except for international. We have checked the NCOS and FRLs and everything seems to be setup correctly but obviously there is a piece missing somewhere. If anyone could point me in the correct direction it'd be much appreciated.

Thanks!

Check that your trunks NCOS are set OK and if it's CTD or UNR etc. Are you international codes configured via SPN's?.

If possible, use to find out how your numbers are dialled.

All the best

If it's working, then leave it alone!.
