One of our incoming trunk lines seems to be having an odd difficulty. If you disconnect the trunk from the system, it rings a test set and answers fine. Connected to the system, when you dial, it clicks like it answers, but you never get the greeting and menu system. Also, when connected to a test set, you never get a dialtone. Incoming line is ground start. Pasted below is the trunk's TN

Could this be some equipment failure at the CO even though I can answer a call using the test set?
