trunk H323 between two ACM

Hi not sure if this will fix it but if you have a H323 trunk between two Avaya systems, check the trunk page "display trunk-group xxxx" and on page 3 check that the options "Send Name", "Send calling number", "Send connected Number" are set to yes. If still doesn't work check other options on the trunk settings.
