Was just wondering what the general view/opinon was on creating trunk groups and the number of channels in neach trunk group eg:

If you have a switch with 1 ISDN30 circuit, is it better to have 1 trunk group with all 30 channels or to split the 30 channels into 2 different trunk groups.

Similarly if you have a switch with multiple ISDN30 circuits, is it better to have 1 large trunk group with all the trunks in it or to have seperate trunk groups for each ISDN30 circuit.

I was just wondering if there were any advantages/ disadvantages to having multiple or single trunk groups.

Thanks in advance.
