Trunk Group Night Service

I have 2 seperate trunk groups going to the attd on a Definity G3. when they place the attd in night service both trunk groups go to the same announcement.

i want them to go to seperate locations. how can i do this?

On the first page of the trunk group form, is a place to enter the night service destination. You could record 2 different announcements and enter the announcements extension number in that spot.

You can put an extension or attd here.

ok, how do i record an announcement. i have done it before but cannot recall.

also, there is currently a different announcement number there and it the second trunk group is still going to trunk group 1's announcement.

The above thread should get you throught it. If not then do a search at the top of this page for "record announcements" and their will be about 53 hits.

Last but not least. Dial both of the announcement extension numbers and listen to the recordings. Then you can determine if they are different or not. It sounds like they both are pointing to the Attendent and they are getting a recording set up for them.
