Troubleshooting No Answer problems

Hi,

I'm very new in VPN, and I would appreciate help in isolating problems we encounter in one of our remote office.

We were able to configur a VPN connection from Remote to our central office. However, there are instances where the remote encounters an error when connecting to central. It states that there was no answer. Looking at the central VPN server, incoming VPN are ok (there are other sites connected, and there are still vacant VPN connection).

Where should I start looking?
