Troubleshoot "unable to open access file"

I have one access database that resides on a
win 2k3 Domain Controller. 4 of my users are able
to open the file with no problems. One user
can not open the file, it says that the file
may potentially be a virus. After that pop up
you can click ok and the ACCESS begins to open
then another pop up comes up sayin that the file
may be harmful it is recommended that you move the
file to the local machine and do your changes on
that machine....Any assistance in this area is
appreciated.Thanks Guys

I would try checking/lowering the security settings on the machine w/the problems.
