I am trying to link a table on an AS400 Legacy system to my Access data base and no matter what I receive the same error message: "The operation failed. There are too many indexes on table 'KERRDATA_INVMAS'. Delete some of the indexes on the table and try the operation again."

I have tried the usual compact and repair as well as windows cleanup and defrag. The AS400 group says there aren't any indexes on the table on their side. Has anyone ever seen this before?

Thanks in advance.

if you have upgraded your as400 system OS lately...then you need to re-create the DSN under the new Client Access odbc driver ID. (you can use the same name) so your other apps can find it.
