I'm having trouble upgrading my CLAN's. Has anyone else? Is there a work around?

CM 3.1.4
S8700

TN799DP HW01 FW032
image tn799dp-h0-f34-sig.bin

Upgrade Results:
01A02 Aborted 6250

I've used WinSCP and FTP.
I used secure and non-secure in the enable filex command.

Nothing works...

I get the same error with the same steps when I upgrade TN799DP HW16 FW032 with image tn799dp-h13-f35-sig.bin

Rosolved I used this doc off of support.avaya.com

Maybe the firmware you downloaded is corrupted. Download another one.

phoneaddict thanks for the reply. The firmware was ok. I was setting my download firmware page up incorrectly. Thanks!!

I'm guessing you had this wrong? File Server: none

You were probably putting in the IP address of the CLAN board. But this is only needed for SFTP, not FTP.

yup! I messed that part up. It's always something simple...

I knew it. That had me messed up as well when doing a FW upgrade on a CM4.X and greater system. In CM3 its not there. Just by chance after my upgrades failing like 20 times I right clicked in that field and I saw "none".

Watch out in CM 5.2 you put the IP address and it fails but if you put none it works.

Cool! Thanks for the update. I just went to 5.2 in December.
