trouble using selective quickrestore cd

When I try to do a full restore on my compaq presario 5150 it tells me it can't read the disk in my cdrom. Can anybody help me. I can't get sqwat from compaq.

I had same problem and solved it by entering bios{press f10 when booting}select start from CD as 1st position.Place the restore CD in drive and reboot.
