Trouble transferring the MAILBOX.PST file

Help,
I have exported an Outlook Express 6.0 mailbox.pst to a cd, in hopes of transferring it to his new PC. Now when I try and import it, or browse to, and open it, it says file in use. Using Win XP client, Outlook Express 6.0, Help.

Make sure the PST is not Read-Only, that must be it, as it comes from CD.
