Trouble saving in C++Builder6

Hi there

I've just got a trial copy of Borland C++Builder 6 Enterprise Edition and it's a great product - as easy to use as the old Visual Basic 6 Standard Edition but much more powerful of course. However, I've recently run into a mysterious problem; my copy of this tool is now refusing to save changes to applications. I've tried the Save, Save As and Save All functions, but all to no avail. Can anyone help? All suggestions would be gratefully accepted. Thanks.

maybe your copy has expired and thats why don't let you to save changes
