trouble reformatting 1

Gateway used to have two settings - the first just did a reinstall of windows over top of the current system. The second way would be a "destructive" format.
I can't remember the exact procedure. It was not to hard if you read the choices closely - but it was not intuitive either. Maybe someone with the software in front of them can chime in. Also, you may check Gateway's site for info.
