I have a MICS 6.1 XC. I can't get caller ID to pass thru my PRI on an external transfer. FYI the PRI is in centrex. I have a route built for dest code 9 to route 002 to absorb all. The transfer works fine with the exception of passing caller id. I can forward an extension using F4 then 99 (extra 9 b/c of centrex) then the number I want to forward to and caller id is passed when the DID of the extension I forwarded is called. Process for forwarding to external line: Call is received, then press transfer, then 9 then number I want to transfer to. In this scenario only OLI is passed. The carrier says everything is fine on their end. I hope this makes sense.
