We created a database in access. only one user has a problem opening the database, everyone is able to access with no problem. The error message that the user receives when trying to open the database is:
The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot open the file (file path). It is already opened exclusively by another user, or you need permission to view its data.
the user has permissions to read, write, and modify, same as everyone else.
any help would be appreciated.
