Trouble Migrating passwords from NT 4 to Windows 2003

Hi all!

We are having trouble with password migration. We have an NT 4 domain controller and recently bought a new server and put Windows 2003 on it. we have everything setup and ready to go accept we can't migrate passwords over using the ADMT 2.0 tool from microsoft. the passwords we have i guess are "weak" and the tool requires that they be "strong" passwords. we have about 75 users so its not real easy for everyone to change.

Anybody got any ideas???? please let me know ASAP.

Change your default domain policy in W2K3 to allow the weak passwords.
