Hi!

I'm having trouble connecting to a WIN2K PC(which is a member of a domain) from a WIN98 PC. Every time i invoke the WIN2K PC in run command an error would appear "An extended error has occured". Any ideas on how to deal with this problem. It seems that only a few WIN98 PC are having this problem the rest are OK or they can connect.

Pls. i need your answers. Thanks

Rommel

I would suggest that you look for differences between the Win98 that work OK and those that don't.

e.g are they all using the same version of OS?

Are they using the same software to connect to each other?

Do they have the same network cards?
