If you want to, you can keep scanning with AVg, evntually it shoudl find it and quarintine it, bur as it's in system restore it aint going anywhere. You can flush it out by right clicking my computer/properties/ system restore/ settings and slide your settings down to flush it out. Then re run AVG to see if it's gone or you could disable system restore and then re-enable it.
