triple DES decryption in perl

We are encrypting a string with microsoft cryptoAPI in c++.This has to be decrypted in perl .We are using perl 5.6.1
Please indicate the module available in or before this release,which is the most accepted for tripleDES encryption/decryption in perl.
Sample codes on implementation will be appreciated.
