hi, id like to trim/crop a clip but without the black fill underneath, i just want the video track underneath to show through...any help??

trimming or cropping clips without black underneath

Just put the video you want to show through on the VIDEO 1 layer. Then put your second video directly over VIDEO 1 on the VIDEO TWO LAYER. Then crop and size video 2 in effects controls and you should see it through without a problem. You may have to render I can't remember off hand..
