Trigger Timeline from topframe on mouseover

Hi, I have a problem. I try to trigger a timelinein my leftframe with a navigationbar in my topframe. The timeline contains 5 layers with buttons in it. This doesn't work. Can somebody tell me a solution to this problem? I have already tried to trigger a picture in a layer in my leftframe first, which will trigger the timeline. This doesn't work also.

How can help me??
