Trend Micro Scanmail not filtering Public Folders

Does anyone use Trend Micro Scanmail? It doesn't seem to be seeing mail sent to any of our public folders that are set up with their oen email address. I realize spam filters can't catch all spam but it doesn't seem like it's filtering anything at all. Is there a special config for Public Folders or does it not work that way? Thanks!
