Trend Micro OfficeScan Not Showing all Availlable Domains in Scope

We are looking to implement Trend Micro OfficeScan 10.0 (Build 1068) but have hit a snag. We are going through a fairly large company merger (10) and although a 2 way trust is setup amongst the domains, when I do a refresh on the Active Directory Scope it fails to pick up the other domains.

The server it sits on is Windows 2008 SP2, but is just a plain File / Web server.

Help would be much appreciated.
