Hi All, I am running NICE Logger 8.5 digital with 6408D+ sets and in-between the handset and the phone I insert a TBR-10 Beep Tone Generator from http:\\dynametrics.com.
My question is, if we try to hook up one of the Wireless Transtalk systems, is there a way I can still insert the beep tones for call recording? I can not use the Beep Tones in the switch and there are none in the Nice Logger. I'm running Definity G3 R10. From what I understand I can not insert the beep tone generator between the wall jack and the phone. Also does anyone know if you can connect an analog phone to the digital nice logger in a Total recording environment with a double punch down or if all the stations need to be digital?
