Transparent Background

I've created a rollover button and am going to place it into Dreamweaver as a link, and need the backround to be transparent. I've tried changing the publish settings ->html->window transparent windowless, and it still leaves a white background.

I created the rollover using images from Adobe Photoshop, saved them, and then imported them into Flash.
