TransparencyKey problem in Windows 2000 Client

Hi all,

I'm development an VB.NET application that has an initial window with a triangle form, as the image below.

When the application run under Windows XP, the external baby blue color appear transparent, but, when run under Windows 2000 Client, not.

Somebody knows which is the problem? How to fix it?
