Transparency problem in chart

Hi all.

I made a chart with transparent objects, including the background.

It works fine in the development environment but...

When I publish my report in the ActiveXViewer (using ASPs) the transparent objects work fine but the background still opaque. Anyone knows if that is a bug of the activex or how can I fix my problem ???
