Transition window disappeared

For soem reason my transition options window has completely disappeared! i go to Window >> show transitions or whatever and i still get nothing showing up.

Help wout be appreciated greatly,
thanks.

Move some windows around and see if it's hiding behind another window.

Or try selecting a standard workspace if you are using 6.5.
