Could anybody help please?
I would like to know whether there is a way to remove the 'transition effects', within desktop display properties, for every user. We are running terminal services over relatively low bandwidth, and it is a pain when new users are created having to change this on a per user basis.
Thanks in advance.

dave.

You can set up a user as per how you want new user setups to be. Then, logon as administrator and go to user profiles tab in system properties. Select this 'default' user and click on copy to button. Browse to C:\Documents and Settings\Default User (assuming C: system drive), change the permiited to use to Everyone and Ok it. Now all new users will be created with the profile you set up.
