Transformer Model - Max userclasses (Production issue)

Hi All,
I recently implemented hierarchy userclasses security into transformer model. There are about 69 userclasses for one cube. After I published the cube to upfront, PPES server keeps hanging. Is there a limit of how many userclass I can implement in the model?

no, but a complex hierarchy (apex, exludes etc) on a lowest level with a lot of categories is killing for your performance...

1. simplify the hierachy or
2. secure on a higher level or
3. build smaller/more cubes
