Transformation of an Image

Hi there,

I would like to know if it is possible to generate a gif from another gif with .net.
Let me explain:
I have image in which I determine a zone.I would like to isolate this zone and to use it as a independant image.
In other word I would like to transform my basic image to another image with .NET

Yes. Image manipulation got a lot easier with .NET. The technology you want to research is called GDI+.
