TransferText Not Working in Access2000

I have a database I've written using Access97. After converting the database to 2000 and making some minor changes that 2000 seemed to need, all works fine on my pc here in my home office. I copied the database to a clients site and all works fine there except one TransferText line in one module. It seems to execute the line yet the appropriate text file simply doesn't exist when done. If I then copy the entire database back to my office and run that one module the TransferText works just fine and the file resides exactly where it belongs. I've checked all of the variables to insure that paths are correct etc, is there a possibility that their OEM versions of Access are different or were installed differently?
