Transferring across Opt and MICS with MCDN

I have an Option 61 and a MICS 6.1 connected with MCDN. Everything works as intended, name & number, 4 digit dialing, etc. The problem is transferring calls from one to another. If the Option calls the MICS then the MICS can transfer the call in house or back to the Option switch BUT if the MICS phone originates the call they can only transfer in house, not to the Option switch. I know the MICS can only transfer an incomming call back out via trunk to trunk transfer but shouldn't the MCDN allow seemless integration so you could transfer back and forth or is the Trunks STILL just Trunks to it?

Try turning alow redirect on via capabilities.
Also you will have to allow remote access on your trunks via remote access package assigned to your mcdn trunks in the Norstar.
