Tech support tells me that I can't bring old voicemail wav files from the old VMPro server to the new one - they say that the files won't be recognized by the system and therefore will not be accessable through normal "get voicemail" procedure. Has anyone found a way to do this?

Stop the old VM services.

Install VM on the new server. Start the services for min then stop both of them.

Copy the Accounts, Names & Greetings folders into the same folder on the new VM server.

Restart new VM server services.

and bob's your uncle (australian for "and there you go")

I'd export your call flows, if you have any, and import them into your new VM server aswell.

Also copy and extra files in the Wav folder if you have created any.
