As part of a rolling Windows 2000 to 2003 upgrade I need to transfer the DHCP scopes from a Windows 2000 DC to a Windows 2003 DC. KB article seems pretty straight-forward but it doesn't mention the impact to clients.
I'm thinking I might be able to do this during the day and clients will just dicover the new DHCP server via broadcast when they come to renew. Anyone actually done this that can relate their experiences?
