How can I program a button on a T7316e to transfer a call to an outbound location?

It's a MICS 7.0 software and callpilot 100 3.0 software.

Thanks,Dave

Depends on if you want to use a trunk to trunk transfer or a "flash" or "link" transfer. I have found it best to subscribe to "call transfer" from the local exchange provider (if it is POTS service). Then you just need to program an external autodial button with "link, (XXX) XXX-XXXX". The call will drop from the system completely and not use two lines for the duration of the call.

Allaboutphones thanks that is exactly what I was looking for. I'll have the customer call the service provider tomorrow!
