I have created a macro in order to transfer four tables on information to another database with the same four tables. I will have numerous tables to add to this database.
I used the transferdatabase action and it worked. How do I get it from overwriting the information in the destination database? Do I need to write an additional macro in the destination database or the one I'm exporting from? Or is there an action I need to add to the macro I am currently using to transfer the tables?

if both databases already have the same tables, and you just want to add records without overwriting, then you are better off using Append Queries (or equivalent SQL). then you can create a Macro to run all of the queries, or just a few, or whatever.
Brian Famous
bfamous@ncdoi.net
