Hello,

I would like to confirm that "three" is the maximun number of times a call can be transfered, i.e. point A receive the call and transfer it to point B, point B can transfer it to point C but point C can't do one more transfer. is that correct? Thanks!

I don't believe there are any limitations on how many times a call can be transferred.

there is some kind of restriction. i ran into it about a year ago. something to the effect that a call into a vector can't be transfered back into another vector using coverage. and maybe it isn't like that at all, but i do know that there is some sort of system restriction to transfer/coverage. if it is a human doing the transfers, it doesn't have a limitation.

I think I didn't explain well what I wanted to explain. sorry about that. I know there is not limit to transfer calls but, I understand there's a limit in the number of transfer that can be done when you are using the FAC. Thanks!
