transfer to word

hello,

i have make some diagramms in different layers and now i will transfer layer to layer with background to my word report. the problem is if i save the layers with background as picture (jpg, tif ....) i become a bad quality. anyone can tell me how i can save ONE layer wit Background as an vsd an implement after in word? if i print the vsd direct from visio i have a good quality.
