I need to know if it is possible to transfer a call directly to some ones voice mail. Currently if "John" is on the phone and I receive another call for him the only way to get it into his voice mail is tranfer the call which then rings on his phone and hope he doesn't put his current call on hold and pick it up. I hope this is possible. I would think it is but I can't find anything in the manuals about this.

Try FEATURE 986 + the extension number of the person you want. This will transfer the call directly into the mailbox you select.
Do this while on the line with the person. Do not press TRANSFER or HOLD.
