transfer to audix no longer working

after an upgrade from 2.2 to 3.1, transfer to Audix doesn't work and returns the denial event 1725: QSIG VM-hunt when i trace the station. when i did the upgrade, i also turned on SIP in the license file for my EMMC.

Make sure the user has the QSIG hunt group set in their coverage path. That woudl be the voicemail hunt group if it is running across QSIG. Do all teh other users work fine?
