Did you do an upgrade to another Avaya, or replace the Avaya system?
The license is tied to your hardware, and the location, so if you just did an upgrade the answer is No. Because you upgraded what you had. If you are no longer an Avaya shop, then maybe.
But you are only License the use of the software, you do not own it. Normal then new location would have to pay to be able to use the software.
