Transfer info to new domain

Hello all,

Here is my situation. Windows 2003 Domain that we will call DomainA.com. The domain is horribly messed up and the customer has decided to start with a clean slate and create a new domain. It would be to much work to try to repair the old.

So new servers were purchased etc. My question is this. He would like to at least transfer over group policy settings and user and group information but nothing else. Can this be done from one domain to another? What tools should be used ADMT perhaps?

Cool, what about group polices easy just to export them and import them using GPMC
