Transfer .csv file to FTP site

Hi,

I am using DoCmd.TransferText to create a text file. Instead of posting that file somewhere on a drive, I would like to be able to post it programmatically to an ftp site. Is this possible?

Take a look at the FTP class on:

I have never used it myself, but heard nothing but good things about ACGSoft.

Actually I've found a free way of doing it! There is a sample dB at:

http://www.mvps.org/access/modules/mdl0037.htm

with a class for transferring using HTTP or FTP.

It seems pretty straight forward & there is a sample file with it.

Hi Just to add my 2 cents.

The FTP module on

http://www.mvps.org/access/modules/mdl0037.htm

only works under acc97.

I have purchased the ACGSoft class and it works great!.
