Transfer back to queue

We have an Auto Attendant and a Main Huntgroup, once you are in the queue you have the option of pressing 0 to talk to the Operator. The problem is the operator can't send that call back to the huntgroup if he press the transfer button nothing happen, but still he can transfer the call to a different extension.

Any idea ???
 
Is the operator a member of the "Main" hunt group by chance? I feel like I've had this problem, but i think it was a Magix and not IPO.

Try setting up a button to send back to that queue.

Advanced > Call > Call Queue and select the main queue for the action data.

Hey Duff thanks for replying and sorry for my delay but we were close for Easter.

The first question: no, the Operator is not a member of the huntgroup.

About "Call Queue" I tried but it does nothing I even tried manually using *33*N# (N=MyHuntgroup) while connected to the caller and nothing happened either.

I don't know off the top of my head why this would be a problem. Post a monitor trace of the call and well see if anything in there gives us a hint.

I just tried it out with R4.1 and I just transfer the call back to the queue extension number and it works great. I have not tried it with the actual release 3.2 that you are using.
I even tried and picked up the call from an extension in the queue and transferred it back to the same queue again and it also works.

So it works with 4.1 you might want to consider an upgrade
