We have an Auto Attendant and a Main Huntgroup, once you are in the queue you have the option of pressing 0 to talk to the Operator. The problem is the operator can't send that call back to the huntgroup if he press the transfer button nothing happen, but still he can transfer the call to a different extension.
Any idea ???
