Transfer and ASAI

I have a Dfinity G3 Rls 9

I have a third part CTI application that utilizes ASAI. I am having problems after I answer a call through the third party softphone and then try to transfer to a vector that plays an announcement I am unable to utilize DTMF via the third party softphone application or I have to what until the completion of the announcement before I can complete the transfer. Any ideas?
