One of our locations is using Backup Exec 9.1 with SP1. The Exchange backups run for the Storage Group but the transaction logs do not get deleted. I have checked the settings and it is set to Full-Databe & Logs (flush committed logs). Is this a known issue or am I overlooking something.

Transactions logs not getting deleted

Make sure you are selecting the whole storage group for backup.
If you just select the mailbox store and the public folder store, it will not truncate the logs.

Run a backup with NTbackup - does it flush the logs?
This is not a problem with BE - there is something else not happening.
