If I wanted to view every message my Exchange server sends and receives where do I look? Or are these types of files all encrypted?

I am looking for something similar to maillog in Postfix.

Exchange 5.5 on windows nt 4 sp6.

You'd need to set up Journaling. Look it up on MS support site.
