Voice mail Transfer works when a call comes in through the AA, but when the receptionist transfers a call and its not picked up, it bounces back to her. What could it be?
You probably have the transfer callback timer set at a lower number than the call forward no answer setting. look at the CFNA number of rings under terminals&Sets then look at the transfer callback under Systemprogramming->feature settings
If voting could really change things, it would be illegal.
