Hi,

I am completely new to CRM but have been asked to undergo some training so I can show my colleagues how to use CRM. Can anybody recommend a training course for CRM.

I see there are a number of manuals / training guides out there but would appreciate a recommendation for one.

You can either attend a Microsoft Instructor lead course or consider buying the manuals direct. You can also purchase a few books on Microsoft CRM from Amazon.

Are you planning to deploy CRM at your company or just demo it to show your colleagues what it can do?

We are already using it but no one seems to know how to do certain things with it such as campaigns etc.

Do you know where I can get some classroom training?

Also you might want to consider bringing a CRM consultant onsite for a day or two. This can be more beneficial than generic training and can actually be more targetted towards your companies needs
